Our standard turnaround time is 10 to 14 business days from the moment we receive your footwear. This ensures our master cobblers have sufficient time to provide the high-quality craftsmanship your boots deserve.

While we specialize in heritage work boots and luxury leather dress shoes, we also provide expert repair services for riding boots, hiking boots, and high-end designer heels.
Do you offer a warranty on your repair work?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All repairs come with a 6-month warranty covering the specific work performed and the materials used, such as soles and stitching.
How do I ship my boots to your workshop?
Once you place an order, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack your boots securely in a box, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Can you replace soles on non-welted footwear?
Yes, we can perform cup sole replacements and cement-construction repairs. However, the options may vary depending on the original build of the shoe. We recommend sending photos to our team for a custom assessment.
