Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
